Why compliance is the product
Every regulated behaviour in IESMAC is traceable to the law that dictates it — here's how and why.
Most software treats Nepal compliance as a localisation pack: a tax table here, a date format there. We built IESMAC the other way around.
Every threshold that can change with a Finance Act — VAT registration limits, TDS rates, depreciation pools, retention periods — lives in a versioned registry with the legal reference attached, reviewed every Jeth. Code that implements a regulated behaviour carries that citation.
For you, that means an audit trail that answers the question auditors actually ask: not just "what did the system do", but "under which rule".
