Privacy Policy

IESMAC ("we", "us") provides a multi-tenant recruitment, HR, payroll, accounting and operations platform. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the IESMAC website and to every workspace (tenant) hosted on it.

1. Data we handle

Account data — name, email, phone and role of the people who sign in.
Workspace data — records your organisation enters or uploads (candidates, employees, employers, documents, payroll, etc.). Your organisation is the controller of this data; IESMAC acts as a processor on its instructions.
Usage & technical data — log-in events, IP address, device/browser and audit trails needed to secure and operate the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain audit and compliance records, process payments for subscriptions, and support you. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors that help run the service (e.g. cloud hosting, email and payment providers) under contract, and where required by law. Workspace data is isolated per tenant and is never shared between workspaces.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as your workspace is active and as required by applicable Nepal law and your retention settings. On account closure, data is deleted or anonymised after any statutory minimum keep period.

5. Security

Access is role-based and least-privilege; data is encrypted in transit; sensitive identifiers and biometrics are stored as hashes where applicable. We maintain audit logs of access and changes.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. For workspace data, contact your organisation's administrator (the controller); for account data, contact us. We honour erasure requests subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage from the cookie banner.
