These terms govern your use of the IESMAC platform and website. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to them.
You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the data they manage.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other workspaces, no uploading of malware, and no use that infringes others' rights. Process personal data only with a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
Paid plans are billed per your selected subscription. Fees are due in advance; access may be suspended for non-payment after a grace/dunning period. Trials convert or expire as described at sign-up.
You retain ownership of the data you put into your workspace. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the service. You can export your data while your account is active.
The platform, its software and branding are owned by IESMAC. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.
We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not a substitute for professional legal, tax or compliance advice.
To the extent permitted by law, IESMAC's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
